We are looking for Customer Service Specialists who speak French or German (next to English) for one of our partners in Amsterdam. Our partner is facing a big challenge and is urgently looking for people to help them. The Social Pact offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and impactful role.

Wat we zoeken
- HBO+ / WO work and thinking level is required;
- Relevant work experience (for example: customer contact, assistance, hospitality or pedagogical experience);
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English is required. Next to that, you must also be able to speak French of German fluently;
- You have to be available 20+ hours a week, preferably more;
- You are an empathetic person with high sense of responsibility;
- A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required.
Wat je gaat doen
After the training period (1 day) at location, you will continue to work at the office. Their office is located in Amsterdam. Your role? Be a pillar of support for customers. Whether they are frustrated or relieved, you are ready to listen and offer the right solutions. With your natural talent to navigate conversations, you are able to give customers the certainty that everything is being done to solve their problem. In concrete terms, this means:
• Answering the telephone and processing information in a file;
• Register all important information regarding any damage;
• Consulting with internal and external specialists;
• Organizing and coordinating any logistics solutions.
• Contact with logistics partners.

After you have applied, we will call you as soon as possible for an introductory meeting. In this conversation we get to know each other and discuss whether you meet the requirements of the vacancy. If we have a nice conversation and you meet the requirements, we will introduce you to our partner. They will call you soon afterwards for an interview with them. Is it a match? Then you can start working at their office!
You can work here seven days a week between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. You can work shifts from 5 hours and you must be available at least 16 hours per week, preferably more.
The hourly wage is €16.00 per hour. If you work on Sundays, you will receive a 50% allowance on your hourly wage. This means that on Sunday you earn €24.00 per hour. You will also receive 8% holiday pay, which you can choose to pay out per week or save it up.
You will also be trained by the client. This training lasts 1 day and you earn your normal hourly wage for these hours.
